High Intensity Interval Training

Extreme HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) are the exercises used in the Total Body Blast class meaning you get the most out of the workout session. Equipment such as Slam Ball or Dynabands are sometimes used in Total Body Blast and add another dimension to the workout.
