We were looking for a way to improve our health and well-being together and decided to have PT sessions with Amanda at Smart Fitt. After initial assessments we are now working through our own personal training plans with constant encouragement from Amanda. We also complete joint exercises that allow some level of competition, but always in a focused environment, although we do have the odd collapsing in laughter moments. Monday night's will never be the same again and although early days the potential benefits will be worth it.

I have been doing the Monday morning Aerobics classes with Amanda from Smart Fitt Fitness, who has helped me improve my frozen shoulder and all round posture, its amazing. Amanda has so much energy, its brilliant!!

My first contact with Amanda came via an unappreciated Christmas present for 5 sessions from my daughter, who is physiotherapist, and felt that I needed to build my muscle strength following a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy . She followed this up with ”Don’t worry dad, she specialises in the elderly!” ( I am 65). I had been a member of a gym and, like many others, paid the monthly fee but rarely went and fully intended to have the 5 and then stop. 7 months on and I have never missed the weekly session. Why?
