Will it be something to do with loosing weight? Or getting fit? Or maybe even both? Will you be one of the many that pay out £'s to join a gym? Buy all the cool gym clothing in the January sales, the best trainers etc... and then once February rolls around banish all the cool clothes and trainers to the back of the wardrobe and slide back to old habits?
Studies have shown that a "thing' to become a habit it has to be done a minimum of seven times. But what happen if, two weeks into that expensive gym membership you realise that actually you don't enjoy the gym environment. In order that something become a habit it needs to be enjoyable. I challenge anyone to say that exercise isn't enjoyable. If you are one of these people who do think that exercise isn't enjoyable then you just haven't found the right sort of exercise!
