We are really looking forward to welcoming you all back to our fitness sessions, we have missed you all so much, not to mention the giggles and laughter! See below our planned roadmap to getting classes up and running again with some ideas about our future plans, this information is provisional and provided as a guide to help you ease back in to in-person regular fitness sessions once again.

Bootcamp re-starts on Tuesday 30th March at 7pm in ‘the cage’ Lawrence Park.

Since lockdown are you not confident with exercise and would like to try a personal training session? Are you trying to reach a personal goal and not had much success achiveing this by yourself? A personal training session might be the perfect opportunity for you. The good news is these can now resume from 29th March. Places are limited, we advise you to book as soon as possible.
Personal training - studio based
From 12th April studio based personal training sessions can resume. I am happy to continue outside sessions either in the garden or Lawrence Park depending on each clients preference.

Fighting Fit - NEW CLASS
This Fighting Fit class is for people who have a ‘good’ fitness level already (not for beginners). It will be a mix of cardio, strength, stamina, flexibility. The moves will be based around Tae Kwon Do and gym-based boxing moves and drills, punches and kicks either on your own or with a partner (when guidance allows).
All attendees will require their own boxing gloves. All other equipment will be supplied.
Starts: Thursday 6th May
Time: 7.00pm - 8:00pm
Location: The Cage, Lawrence Park
Cost : £5 per session (First Session is FREE)
Total Body Blast
Total Body Blast is planned to re-start on Thursday 20th May at Rippingale Village Hall. This will be the new permanent time and venue for this class.

Move It Or Lose IT
The following Move It Or Lose It classes are scheduled to return from Monday 17th May.
Please note: Due to current Covid restrictions MIOLI at the following locations cannot restart: Tallington, Empingham, Baston and Corby Glen.
You are free to join our other venues; Bourne, Deeping St James, Essendine.
All current Move It Or Lose It attendees will be contacted via letter with confirmation of dates and arrangements for class re-starts.
