In our Move It or Lose It FABS (Flexibility, Aerobic, Balance and Strength) exercise classes, resistance bands are a vital tool during the Strength section. At Smart-Fitt classes we encourage each individual to work at their own pace during the strength section so to address how we could still carry out our classes remotely during the pandemic, Amanda thought the easiest way would be to produce an easy to follow instruction sheet. This then developed into an online instructional video and an information booklet specially designed for our Move It or Lose it members and anyone who needs simple exercises to improve coordination, mobility and overall health and well-being.
